Our Shipping Policy

We have a very simply and cost effective shipping policy. We provide a flat fee shipping service across Australia for just US$4.00. Our global shipping policy is just as attractive with a flat fee shipping of US$9.00 or US$10.00 depending on your location. Check out the shipping estimator on checkout for exact price in your area. We use Australia post regular airmail. Our experiences show that goods will arrive to most destinations across the globe between 3-10 business days. Our Returns Policy

You can cancel your order via email peter@escalemodels.com any time prior to us shipping your goods. If the goods have already been shipped, you can return the good within 14 days. To receive a refund, the goods must be in their original unopened packaging. Upon receipt of the goods, we will provide a refund or provide an exchange for the same amount based on your requirements. The buyer absorbs the shipping cost.
