Weekend Build Competition

What are your thoughts on that? I would like to see how creative we can get in a short time frame, if we can get some WIP's going, we may even be able to learn some neat little tricks on the way.

The time frame for me would be too short I'm afraid, even at a week, I just don'y like to be held to that short a timescale.(even 1 month).
I think the idea is great though for anyone with the time needed to complete a project in a week or a month.
Also I don't personaly like the idea of a competition.

It's all very good, it's great to see you enjoying the website and pulling out some of these great old threads. As it's written, 'Nothing is new under the sun', so maybe we ought to try a bring this weekend competition back onto the starting blocks.
